The Warren is Well known as simply the Best 5 star Holiday Park in the UK. This Beach Front line Beach Chalet and the Parks facilities will give you And your family one of the best holiday experiences you can imagine. The view from this chalet is quite simply breathtaking.

Relax or play it is your choice – simply stroll along the mile and half white sand beach or take advantage of the wonderful spa and sports facilities. Perfect for families of all ages and generations and has plenty of facilities for children including indoor and outdoor pools but you may just want to sit and watch the world go by with the spectacular sea view.

The Chalet is high quality Italian fit out and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This is the first time the Chalet has ever been rented out. E12 is a spectacular, beach front chalet. With breath-taking views of the beautiful sandy Warren beach, Abersoch harbour, St Tudwals Islands, Llanbedog headland and Snowdonia, it makes the perfect escape for a wonderful family holiday.



We have about 6 prime weeks to rent including Easter which is extremely popular.

There are private steps onto the beach and quality outdoor furniture to laze and pass the time on. The chalet sleeps 6 guests. There is a lot of wardrobe space and storage, The ensuite bathroom has an impressive body shower, The family bathroom has a large bath shower and bidet, Along with high speed Hi-speed Wi-Fi and broadband.

High end Italian furniture and a luxury fitted kitchen with an Island for socialising and preparing food and drinks. Bi fold doors onto a large decking patio and steps to the beach. Oak floor throughout this area and a sizeable dining space with quality leather chairs. Impressive adjustable internal and external lighting is also a feature that can help set the atmosphere for the evening ahead.
